Sin City Superette is a community market and gathering place
owned and operated by the award-winning Nightshade Noodle Bar team.

Growing up in the South, 2023 James Beard Award Finalist Chef Rachel Miller has fond food memories from her favorite superettes. Convenient stores that offer killer food - hot and ready to go, dynamite sandwiches, produce and groceries, delicious baked goods and high quality grab and go snacks. They’re not just a place to grab a bag of chips and a box of tampons - although you can do that too if you want - they’re a part of their community and a gathering place to enjoy a good meal at a good price.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, Rachel recalled superettes' integral roles within their communities, and knew this is exactly what her Downtown Lynn neighborhood needed, so she opened Sin City Superette and began offering the neighborhood where she lived and worked, nutritious meals and everyday essentials, all while supporting local vendors and ensuring as much accessibility and affordability as possible.

Today Chef Miller and her team continue to serve delicious gulf coast inspired hot lunch, bahn mi, po boys, pastries and prepared foods as well as groceries and household items.
